NPB Aug21-2015 2PMThis photo was taken today at 2 PM today in Portland’s North Park Blocks. (At the NE corner of NW Everett and Park – across from the site of the proposed Hampton Inn). In two week the park blocks will host Portland’s premier outdoor art fest – Art in the Pearl.
